Understanding Your Quarantine Report
You may receive a daily email called a Quarantine Report (also known as a Spam Digest). This is a summary of emails that SpamExperts has blocked on your behalf.
What Does the Report Look Like?
The report is an HTML email listing each quarantined message with:
- Sender — who sent the email
- Subject — the email subject line
- Date — when it was received
- Release link — click to deliver the message to your inbox
- Release and Whitelist link — click to deliver and permanently allow that sender
What Should I Do With It?
- Scan the list — look for any senders or subjects you recognise
- If you see a legitimate email — click "Release" to deliver it
- If everything looks like spam — you don't need to do anything. The messages will be automatically deleted after the retention period.
I Don't Want These Reports
If you prefer not to receive the daily quarantine report, you can disable it by logging into the SpamExperts portal and adjusting your notification settings. Alternatively, contact us and we'll adjust it for you.
Important
- The quarantine report is not spam — it's a summary of messages that were blocked to protect you
- The release links in the report expire after the quarantine retention period (typically 14–28 days)
- If you don't receive a quarantine report, it means no messages were quarantined for you that day
