How to Blacklist a Sender

If you keep receiving unwanted emails from a particular sender that SpamExperts isn't catching, you can add them to your blacklist. This tells SpamExperts to always block emails from that sender.

Steps

1. Log in to the SpamExperts portal
2. Go to Sender Blacklist
3. Click "Add"
4. Enter the sender's email address (e.g., spammer@example.com) or their entire domain (@example.com)
5. Click "Save"

What Happens to Blacklisted Senders?

Emails from blacklisted senders are rejected immediately — they won't appear in your inbox or your quarantine.

Tips

• Blacklisting is most effective against persistent unwanted senders that SpamExperts hasn't automatically blocked
• Most spam is already caught by SpamExperts — you typically won't need to blacklist many senders
