How to Whitelist a Sender
If emails from a particular sender keep getting flagged as spam, you can add them to your whitelist. This tells SpamExperts to always allow emails from that sender through to your inbox.
From the SpamExperts Portal
- Log in to the SpamExperts portal
- Go to Sender Whitelist
- Click "Add"
- Enter the sender's email address (e.g., john@example.com)
- Click "Save"
From a Quarantined Message
- Find the message in your quarantine
- Click on it to open the detail view
- Click "Whitelist Sender"
From Your Quarantine Report Email
Some quarantine reports include a "Release and Whitelist" link — clicking this releases the message and automatically adds the sender to your whitelist.
Tips
- Only whitelist senders you trust and recognise
- It's better to whitelist a specific email address (john@example.com) rather than an entire domain (@example.com)
