What does it do?

• Blocks viruses — emails containing malicious attachments are rejected
• Blocks phishing — fraudulent emails designed to steal your information are caught
• Quarantines suspicious messages — emails that look like spam but might be legitimate are held for your review, rather than deleted

Do I need to do anything?

SpamExperts works automatically in the background. You don't need to install anything or change any settings. However, you may occasionally need to:

• Check your spam quarantine for legitimate emails that were incorrectly flagged
• Release a quarantined message if you're expecting an email that hasn't arrived
• Whitelist a sender whose emails keep getting blocked
